Discount codes are entered on the checkout page of picturekeeper.com, after you have added your items to the cart and pressed Check out.
- Find the box labelled Discount code or gift card. Where it sits depends on what you are shopping on:

On a computer, it is in the order summary on the right-hand side of the page, next to the checkout form:

On a phone or tablet, it is tucked away until you tap the line that says Order summary (with your order total) at the top of the checkout page. It is easy to miss:

- Type the code exactly as it was given to you, then tap Apply.
- Check that the discount now shows in the total before you pay.
A code only works where it was issued
A Picture Keeper code works on picturekeeper.com only — it will not work on ultimatebackup.com, and an Ultimate Backup code will not work on picturekeeper.com. Codes from QVC, HSN, Amazon or another retailer only work at that retailer's own checkout.
If the code will not apply
Check that it is typed exactly as it was given to you and that it has not expired. If it still will not apply, contact us and we will sort it out.
