Our apps work only with Picture Keeper and Ultimate Backup drives (Picture Keeper and Ultimate Backup are sister brands, so products from either brand work in our apps). If the app says your drive is incompatible, it usually means the drive isn't one of ours. Products such as “Photostick Omni”, “The Photostick”, and “Datalogixxx” are not Picture Keeper or Ultimate Backup products and will not work in our apps — please contact that product's maker for help.
If you do have a Picture Keeper or Ultimate Backup drive and still see this message:
- A Picture Keeper drive usually shows up on your phone or computer as PKBACKUP, while an Ultimate Backup drive usually shows up as UBDRIVE. If you see a different name, you may be looking at a different drive.
- If it still says incompatible, contact our support team and include a photo of your drive.
