You just got your Picture Keeper and made your first backup. Congrats! Now you want to view the files you backed up to relive those memories, or just to make sure everything is safely stored on your Picture Keeper. You can view the files stored on your Picture Keeper in both the mobile app and the computer app. Below, we'll go over the steps to view your pictures, video, and/or contacts using either, and what to expect in terms of file organization in each. First, connect your Picture Keeper to your phone, tablet, or computer.
VIEW FILES USING THE MOBILE APP
- Open the Picture Keeper Connect app
- Tap PK Drive
at the bottom
- Tap Photos, Videos, or Contacts to view all of the respective file type in one location, or tap All Devices at the top first to select which device's content you want to view
- Picture Keeper creates a folder directory that mirrors the albums/folders on the source device(s) it copies content from, and you can instead tap Explore Drive here to view that directory on your Picture Keeper, as copied from your phone, tablet, or computer
VIEW FILES USING THE COMPUTER APP
- Open the Picture Keeper computer app
- Click Files on PK Drive (or View Pictures on older software versions) on the left
- Picture Keeper creates a folder directory that mirrors the albums/folders on the source device(s) it copies content from, and you will need to navigate this directory to view your files
