If some of your files aren't showing up in your backup, there are a few common reasons why. Review the list below to find the cause and how to resolve it:
- Our app automatically skips files that were previously backed up. If you would like to back up these files again, you can use the Select Files for Backup feature.
- Our app can only find photos/videos that are shown in the Photos app. If the photos/videos are in another app such as Google Photos or Messages, they will need to be saved to your Photos app before Picture Keeper can access them. See one of these articles for more info:
- The files may be stored in a Shared Album. To include these files:
Open the Picture Keeper Connect app > tap Settings > tap Advanced Options > Enable Backup Shared Albums.
- The files may be in a hidden album. See here for how to back those up.
