When you click on View and Print, do you get the following message?
Rescan your Picture Keeper
Please note: These instructions are for Picture Keeper software version 4.0.2.3 and above. If you have an earlier version, please update to the latest version before using these steps.
- Click OK to close the error message.
- Click the Gear icon at the top right corner to open a menu.
- Click Rescan Picture Keeper.
- Picture Keeper will process scan the drive for pictures and re-sync the backup record.
- Allow the process to finish.
- Click View and Print again.
Success! You should now be able to view your backed up files!
