This guide will show you how to reformat your Picture Keeper from a Windows computer. We have an automated utility called Repair Tool which makes this process quick and easy. A reformat will completely erase your Picture Keeper, and can be used to correct software issues that a normal reset was unable to resolve. Follow the steps below for help reformatting your Picture Keeper:
- Click this link to download the Repair Tool.
- Find the "RepairTool" file in your Downloads folder, and double click to open the Repair Tool:

Click the gear icon in the top right corner:

Click Reformat Drive (Support Only) in the dropdown menu:

Click Find Drive:

Click Start Repair:

Make sure exFAT is the option selected, and then click OK at the bottom:

The Repair Tool will let you know when the reformat is complete. Keep in mind that reformatting will erase any files currently stored on your Picture Keeper.
