Follow the steps below for help deleting files stored on your Picture Keeper:
Important: Deleting files from your Picture Keeper is permanent. Once a file is removed from the drive it cannot be recovered from it, so be sure you have another copy safely stored in another location before proceeding. Starting or resuming a backup later will not bring these files back — the app skips any files it has already saved from your phone or tablet. If the files are still on your phone or tablet, you can copy them to the drive again with the Select Files for Backup feature.
- Tap PK Drive
at the bottom:
- Navigate to the files you would like to delete:
- Tap Select at the top right:
- Tap to select each file to be deleted (the selected files will have a checkmark):
- Tap the trash can
in the top right corner:
- Tap Continue twice to delete the selected files:
