Apple offers a feature in the Photos app called Shared Albums. This allows you to share photos with other people who have access to a shared album, and vice versa. If you'd like to learn more about this, here is a link to Apple's support article. Picture Keeper allows you to save photos from these Shared Albums, but you'll need to enable the setting first. This guide will show you how to enable Shared Albums. First, connect your Picture Keeper to your iPhone or iPad, then follow the steps below:
- Open the PK Connect app
- Tap Settings
at the bottom right
- Tap Advanced Options at the bottom
- Tap the toggle to the right of Shared Albums to enable it
- Tap Home
at the bottom left:
- Tap Resume Backup to start your next backup, which will now include Shared Albums:
