Sending us a request from within the Picture Keeper app on your phone or tablet will include what's called a "log file." Our support team can use this log file to better understand any technical issue you may be experiencing and provide relevant troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Follow the steps below:
- Tap Settings
at the bottom right corner:
- Tap Help at the top:
- Tap Email Support at the top left:
- Fill out the subsequent form, and tap Send Email at the bottom:
