Sending us a request from within the Picture Keeper app on your computer will include what's called a "log file." Our support team can use this log file to better understand any technical issue you may be experiencing and provide relevant troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Follow the steps below:

icon at the top right:
- Click Contact Support:
- Fill out the subsequent form, and Click Send at the bottom:
