Rescanning your drive for previously backed up files

If you have files on your Picture Keeper drive that aren't showing up within the Picture Keeper app, you can try these steps to scan the drive:

1. Open the Picture Keeper app on your computer
    
2. Tap the "Gear" icon in the top-right
   
    
3. Tap Rescan Picture Keeper
   
    

4. Tap Start Rescan

   

This should locate all the files on the Picture Keeper drive, which will hopefully address your problem.
