Follow the steps below for help setting up the Picture Keeper app on your iOS device:
- Tap Create Account if this is your first time using Picture Keeper, otherwise tap Sign In:
- Fill out the Create Account or Sign In screen, and then tap Create Account or Sign In:
- Tap Picture Keeper Pro SSD to select it as your product:
- Tap Confirm Selection at the bottom:
- Tap Start Backup on the Home
screen (no need to connect your Picture Keeper):
- Tap Allow Full Access when prompted, so Picture Keeper can save your entire photo library:
- Tap Continue, then select Share All Contacts when prompted to allow Picture Keeper access to your contacts. You can change the contacts setting later inside the Picture Keeper app — enabling it here ensures all features work properly:
- Sit back and wait for us to prepare your files for backup:
- Once the mobile portion of the backup is complete, the app will instruct you to proceed to next steps on a computer. Tap Proceed and then Go Home:
- Connect your Picture Keeper to your computer and install the app. Be sure to sign in using the same account you used on your phone or tablet during setup. For additional help with app installation and setup on your computer, please see these resources:

- Once you're in the app on your computer, tap the Start Mobile Backup button at the top right:
- Your files will begin copying over to your Picture Keeper at this point:
- Just wait for your backup to finish, and you're all set!
