The PK Connect app on your iPhone or iPad supports both the Picture Keeper Connect and the Picture Keeper Pro SSD. If you recently switched from one to the other, or just have and use both with the same iOS device, you'll need to know how to switch your Product Selector setting so the app will work with the model you're currently using. This guide will show you how to switch from Picture Keeper Connect to Picture Keeper Pro SSD. Just follow the steps below:

Open the PK Connect app
- Tap Contact Support Team at the bottom
- Tap the gear
icon at the top right corner
- Tap Product Selector
- Tap Picture Keeper Pro SSD
- Tap Confirm Selection at the bottom
- You're now ready to use your Picture Keeper Pro SSD with your iPhone!
