This guide will show you how to reformat your Picture Keeper Connect using an Android phone or tablet. A reformat will completely erase your Picture Keeper, along with the backup records in the app, and can be used to correct software issues that a normal reset was unable to resolve. First, connect your Picture Keeper to your Android device, then follow the steps below:
- Open the My Files app
- Look for a USB storage device in the "Storage" section, and tap the three dots button
to the right
- Tap Format twice when prompted
- Open the PK Connect app
and start your backup
