This guide will show you how to remove the files from your iPhone or iPad that have already been backed up to your Picture Keeper. Before proceeding, make sure to have a second copy of your files stored in a second location, as this will permanently delete these files. Consider restoring the files on your Picture Keeper to a computer first (check here for Mac instructions, or here for Windows instructions). When you're ready to proceed, connect your Picture Keeper to your iPhone or iPad, then follow the steps below:
- Open the PK Connect app
- Tap Settings
at the bottom right
- Tap Advanced Options at the bottom
- Tap Remove Files from iPhone at the bottom
- Tap Continue on the prompt
